End-User License Agreement

Please read this End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) carefully before using VanChat (“the Service”). By creating an account, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and our Terms of Service, which together govern your use of VanChat. Your use of VanChat is also subject to our Community Guidelines and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated by reference.

1. License Grant

VanChat grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal or internal business communication purposes, subject to the terms of this Agreement. This license does not grant you ownership of any part of the Service or its content.

2. Donations and Purchases

VanChat accepts voluntary donations and subscriptions through in-app purchases, and via direct transfer. Donations are voluntary, completed transfers that do not constitute purchases of goods or services. They are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or platform policy.

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time through your device’s app store settings. Cancellation stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund of past payments.

Donors and subscribers may receive access to certain cosmetic features (such as additional emoji) as a token of appreciation. These features are provided at VanChat’s discretion and may change over time.

3. Service Availability

VanChat is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

4. Termination and Your Data

VanChat may suspend or terminate your account for violations of the Terms of Service, as described in the enforcement framework therein. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination:

• Your license to use the Service ceases immediately.
• Your personal data will be deleted within 30 days, as described in our Privacy Policy.
• Active subscriptions should be cancelled through your device’s app store; VanChat cannot cancel app store subscriptions on your behalf.
• Cosmetic features associated with donations (such as emoji access) will no longer be available.
• No refunds are issued for donations or subscription payments made prior to termination, regardless of whether the termination was initiated by you or by VanChat as an enforcement action. Donations are completed voluntary transfers and are not contingent on continued access to the Service.

If you dispute a charge with your payment provider after your account has been terminated for a policy violation, VanChat may provide the payment provider with records of the violation and enforcement action to support the validity of the original transaction.

5. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. For material changes that affect your rights or obligations, we will notify you through the Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect and ask you to accept the updated Agreement. If you do not accept material changes, you may close your account.
